It is important that Infor ERP customers work with a certified partner. Some independent organizations advertise that they have an advantage because they don’t have to follow Infor’s rules of engagement or protocols. This is misleading. Those who are not part of the Infor Partner Network have not gone through the consulting certification process; they also are not included in Infor development meetings, monthly product updates, and product roadmap discussions. This means independent organizations are not up to date on Infor’s current technology and development strategies.
Most importantly, these independent organizations are not allowed to access your ERP system. This is a violation of your Infor software license agreement. Please be careful as there can be monetary ramifications due to non-authorized third-party access.
