What is the Wednesday Evening Social?

Am I guaranteed a room at the Omni?
We currently have a room block at the hotel and will certainly try to secure additional rooms if needed. It's always wise, however, to register early for best room availability.
Is there an additional charge for internet in my guest room?
Those with a Select Guest Account with Omni receive free internet among other benefits. To become a member of the program free of charge, click

What is the cost for parking at Omni?
The property has valet parking only. The daily rate up to 8 hours is $13/day. The cost is $30 for 24 hours.
$150 for 2 nights at the Omni is an excellent deal. Can I get that rate for more nights if I want to extend my stay?
Sorry, those rates only apply for the nights of April 11 & 12. The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $138.04 (includes tax) for single or double occupancy for up to 3 days pre (April 8, 9 & 10) and post (April 13, 14 & 15) the conference nights, pending availability. Additional days not in that time frame will be at the standard rate. A room will be reserved for you only after payment in full for the conference is received by Visual South.
Can I get the conference hotel rate if I contact the hotel directly?
No, you must make your hotel reservations using the Visualize Success online registration system.
I'm bringing a guest. What activities can they attend with me?
A guest pass offering access to the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Wednesday evening, as well as the CNN VIP Tour that evening is available. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. The guest pass is just $155 and can be reserved through the online registration process.
What meals will be provided during Visualize Success?
All Attendees will have access to the following meals:
- Wednesday, April 11 – Cocktail Reception and Dinner
- Thursday, April 12 – Lunch
Restaurants at the Omni include: Morsel’s Coffee Shop and Prime Meridian. In addition, a food court in located the CNN Center which has Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Arby’s, etc.
Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event for all attendees.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?

What is the weather like in April in Atlanta, GA?
Average temperatures in Atlanta in April are low 70's during the day, and low 50's at night.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your registration by providing written notice to the email address
here. If notified on or before March 28, 2012, you will be refunded your registration fee less $150 administrative fee. Refunds will not be provided if notified after March 28, 2012.
What is the best airport to use for the conference?
Hartsfield International Airport (ATL) is just 25 minutes from the Omni.
What are the options for transportation between Hartsfield International Airport and Omni at CNN Center?
A cab ride to the hotel will cost about $33. The Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service runs between the airport and the hotel. Cost is $16.50 for a one way trip and $29 for a round trip ticket. The Shuttle runs between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and can be boarded at Ground Transportation at Hartsfield. The shuttle drops passengers off at the entrance of the Omni Hotel. Click
